Fall Sweet Treats
I might be biased but I think Fall has some of the best sweet treats of all the seasons! I cannot get enough pumpkin, apples and spices. It is all so darn good!
All of these sweet treats are recipes I created during my weight loss journey. I knew I couldn’t give up sweets altogether so I decided to create recipes that worked in favor of my new lifestyle! These are delicious guilt free treats full of pumpkin spice and everything nice!
Instant Pot Chocolate Oatmeal
I like to compare this to one of those delicious chocolaty cereals after it gets a little soft from sitting inside milk (I know you know exactly what I’m talking about). Basically this breakfast tastes just like dessert but even better. You definitely won’t be feeling deprived anytime soon with this scrumptious breakfast.
Grain Free Sugar Cookies
These Grain Free Sugar Cookies will make you forget you ever cut traditional flour out of your diet! This is a fun recipe to get the kids involved with. They will love helping mix it all up and especially mixing the frosting together. Have fun bonding with your kiddos while making memories that are sure to last a lifetime.
Grain Free Apple Walnut Pound Cake
This Grain Free Apple Pound Cake is to die for! Maybe not literally but it is heaven on a plate! Apple cake is one of my favorite desserts. I used to never make cakes from scratch because boxed cake mixes are so easy to use and so delicious! I created this recipe last year when I was trying to come up with an adequate grain free adaptation of our favorite box mix. This recipe is more than adequate.
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
These Simple Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are a must in our house during the Fall. It just isn’t Fall if you’re not carving pumpkins and roasting pumpkins seeds. These will be a great snack to have laying around or to top a salad with!
Dairy Free Instant Pot Hot Chocolate with Dairy Free Whipped Cream
This Hot Chocolate is a delectable dairy free treat that tastes just like the stuff you get from your local coffee shop! Once you top it off with Dairy Free Whipped Cream whole new world will open to those of us who can’t have traditional dairy. This will soon become one of your family favorites.
Instant Pot Pumpkin Puree
I had to find a clean alternative to pumpkin puree because I really couldn’t imagine going through an entire Autumn season without some pumpkin soup or a pumpkin pie. Pumpkin Puree is just about the easiest thing you can make in you Pressure Cooker! Once you’ve tried this recipe you won’t turn back.
Grain Free Spiced Apple Blender Muffins
These yummy muffins are made with almond flour, lower in carbohydrates than regular flour and gluten free! I like to have one for breakfast or an afternoon snack. They’re delicious by themselves or with a smear of grass-fed butter and raw honey. Made primarily of almonds they’re safe for little bellies and a great treat for those trying to maintain a healthy diet!
Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
if you love pumpkin like I do then it only makes sense to have a yummy pumpkin drink with a little less sugar and a little more health benefit. I made this pretty yummy replica of a PSL, sans the coffee of course! If you are looking to get your PSL fix but stick to a whole foods diet this will get you through the season.
Pumpkin Blender Muffins
These Pumpkin Blender Muffins are a whole grain treat that taste like a piece of Fall! The longer they sit the yummier they become as all those pumpkin-y flavors have a chance to mingle, cool, and soak each other up! I like to eat mine with a little spread of grass-fed butter, adding a bit of honey turns it into a really sweet treat!
Instant Pot Elderberry Syrup and Homemade Gummies
This Elderberry Syrup and gummy recipe can help keep your family well this cold and flu season! I have made Elderberry Syrup on the stove for years but the Instant Pot makes it even easier! For thousands of years the Elderberry has been revered for it’s healing properties. It’s an effective way to support immune function during cold and flu season!
Blender Pumpkin Cake Donuts with Maple Bacon Glaze
When it comes to Pumpkin Cake Donuts with Maple Bacon Glaze, I think decadent is the right word. To the honest with you these donuts totally hit the nail on the head! They are the perfect mixture of salty and sweet! Just make sure there is someone else around when you make these or you might be tempted to eat them all yourself! They really are that good.
Pumpkin Scones
These grain and dairy free Pumpkin Scones are a delightful way to kick off the holiday season as we head into the “ber” months. They are mild enough for breakfast and sweet enough for dessert. These scones have a chewy soft texture with a special hint of pumpkin and Fall seasonings.
Homemade Vanilla Extract
Instant Pot Vanilla Extract shaves so much time off of the homemade vanilla making process! Instead of shaking for months I have delicious, ready to use, Pure Vanilla extract in just a few weeks!

I want to make the donuts, but I’m out of pumpkin, can I use 1/2 cup of mashed banana instead?
