On January 3, 2017 I decided to make a radical change for the sake of my health, my family, and my sanity. I was 212 lbs, completely miserable, and desperate for change. We cleansed our house of processed food, stopped eating out, and stopped eating (most) grain, sugar and dairy.
The changes we saw were immediate and incredible.
In just 3 short months I lost 41 lbs. without exercising (I have to throw that in there because everyone asks!). No weight loss surgery, no gimmicky diets, just getting rid of the bad and eating lots of the good. It’s been 4 months since I embarked on this journey, I’ve lost 55lbs since the beginning of the year, 103lbs total.
It is my desire to share my recipes, my thoughts, and how I stuck with it, while I work to lose 25 more!
*8 MONTH UPDATE*
I am now 139 lbs! I’ve lost 77 lbs since January 3, 2017 and I’m down 125 lbs from my highest weight(260lbs)! Read my July Weight Loss Weigh In here!
