Sweet Potato Pie Latte

Loving this tasty Sweet Potato Pie Latte lately! Its so simple and really hits the spot when I’m craving something sweet.

Sweet potatoes are a rich source of vitamin A, potassium, and fiber. They’re also high in vitamin C and beta carotene which means they’re great to consume at this time of year to help boost your immune system!

Collagen peptides are a great addition to any diet!  Not only do they offer cosmetic benefits, they are also the most abundant protein in the body offering benefits to muscles, skin, blood, bones, cartilage, and ligaments. They will overtime help with skin elasticity, joint pain, hair, skin and nails, along with general gut health. (Click here to find the brand I prefer)

  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts

  • Blend on high for 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and steaming.

If your blender does not have the ability to make things hot, blend the mixture until smooth. Then warm in a sauce pan on the stove top over medium-high heat.

  1. This is delicious! I’ve made it a couple of times this week. Having my Vitamix on that long rattles my nerves (it’s so loud!), so I blitz it a bit, pour it in a mug & microwave. Thanks for a great recipe
