This delicious treat is 26 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat, and only 10.9 net carbs! If you need to reduce the carb count further, replace the maple syrup with a Keto-friendly sweetener like swerve or monk fruit.

All of Brittany’s recipes are a huge hit in my house!!! 💗
Hi Brittany! I have the collagen peptides. Could i sub just that (without the bone broth powder?) or would one scoop work?
I understand that I am essentially changing your original recipe, but the bone broth powder will have to wait, do looking for a substitute in the meantime. Love your cookbooks and recipes.
Is this something that can be made ahead and refrigerated for later in the day (thinking of work days)?
Hi Heather,
Thanks so much for reaching out. Yes you can make this recipe ahead of time but I would suggest you refrigerate it in a blender bottle. So that if there is any kind of separation you can easily shake it up and reincorporate everything quickly.
