Tried and True Pizza Crust
I have three pizza crust recipes we use on repeat. 2 of them are gluten-free and can be found in my cookbooks. If you can do unbleached, organic flour, this one is for you!
You can also substitute Bobs Red Mill gluten-free flour 1:1.
Tried and True Pizza Crust

- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar or raw honey
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups organic unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- combine the water, sugar and yeast. Stir and let sit until the yeast blooms.
- add the flour and salt, mix, and form into a ball. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- preheat a baking stone or steel pan at 375
- separate dough into four different balls. flour a piece of parchment paper, and roll out 1 ball with a rolling pin until the dough is 1/4 inch thick. top with your favorite toppings.
- bake for 16 to 18 minutes on the preheated stone.
- let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
