Instant Pot Turkey Meatballs

These Instant Pot Turkey Meatballs are absolutely delicious! They’re also an absolute breeze to make!

Instant Pot Turkey Meatballs instantloss.com

No Instant Pot? No problem! Well, there is a little problem because you’re missing out on a whole lot of awesome if you don’t own an Instant Pot. Don’t fret, this recipe can be made without one! These meatballs are easily made with a regular ole pan on the stove. 🙂 I like making them in my Instant Pot because the walls are high so I get to avoid any oily splatter on my stove. YAY for cleaner cook tops!

If you are an Instant Pot newbie click here for a guide to your new Instant Pot.

Instant Pot Turkey Meatballs instantloss.comIf you make these and let me know what you think in the comments! They’re a quick and easy favorite of mine and my family. We like to have them with Spaghetti Sauce and Squash or tossed in Homemade Barbecue Sauce with a side salad and Homemade Ranch Dressing.

Now I’m just making myself hungry thinking about these.

Meatballs are easy to make and take no time at all. After you have prepared all of your ingredients and mixed them together they can be put into your Instant Pot to start cooking. I use the SAUTE function (high pressure) to preheat my Instant Pot.

Add meatballs one by one until the bottom is covered (you may have to do this more than once). Brown each side, about 2-3 minutes on each side. After the meatballs have browned, I transfer to a paper towel to absorb the remaining oil. I typically serve these tossed in my homemade barbecue sauce!

This is a great recipe to take to get together with your friends and family or on busy nights!

We have a child with a serious egg allergy. Do you have any replacement suggestions that work well for this recipe? Thanks in advance!

Do you close the pressure cooker as it’s browning? I’m a total newbie to my instant pot and exploring different recipes to finally use it :). Thanks!

So you don’t pressure these? Your just using your pot to brown and cook instead of a fry pan?

I have literally been praying for someone to come into my life that could teach me or just help! I truly believe that you’re that person.

Your story and success is very motivational and inspiring. I am looking forward to following your motivation.

Your group has come at such a good time for me. I just want to say thanks! I might not have lost any weight (yet) but you ‘live’ in our house. Mini muffins, lentil chili, those almond strawberry cookies… When my husband tells me how delicious these new recipes are the response is always, “Britt’s recipe!” I talk about you like we just went out for coffee Hahaha. I appreciate all the work you’re putting into your website and the fb group. I feel better about myself just being a part of it.
