The Importance of Keeping a Food Journal- Day 5
This week I’m being intentional about recording everything I eat as I get back on track after the holiday. It will be listed chronologically, with each item (food, drink, or other) appearing in the order it was consumed.
DAY 5- FRIDAY

BREAKFAST

Green Smoothie
-1 tbsp flax seed
-1 handful spinach
-1/2 green apple
-4 frozen strawberries
-1/2 lemon
-8oz water
LUNCH
16oz water
1/2 cup brown rice (I know. I know. But it was already made because of my youtube video and I didn’t want to waste it!)
organic mixed vegetable blend, steamed
1/2 tsp coconut aminos
16oz water
DINNER
1/2 individual size grain free pizza
Toppings
-organic tomato sauce
-Garlic, salt, and parsley
-handful of spinach
-handful of tomatoes
-handful of bell peppers
-handful of jalapeños
-little bit of mozzarella
-parmesan
