The Importance of Keeping a Food Journal Day 2 instantloss.com

Today my youngest son turned 1 year old, a year ago today I was 240lbs! That’s 72 lbs. gone.

  2. I was wondering what kind of turkey are you eating? Deli or cooking a turkey breast?
