Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 10-12 oz unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2-1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Ghee (or Kerrygold Butter)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Warm the milk and put all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Serve with an additional dash of cinnamon.

Notes

If you need a little more sweetness add a little organic raw honey.

  1. Hi! Thank you for this recipe. Looking forward to making this! Can you talk about the butter/ghee? I have a fatty liver & am noticing when eating fatty foods, that my body really doesn’t feel well. How essential is that element of the recipe?
