Strawberry Mango Mint Smoothie
This Strawberry Mango Mint Smoothie is a delicious every day drink that will leave you feeling happy and refreshed.
I really enjoy a smoothie for breakfast. It’s easy to make, easy to clean up after, and easy to take on the go. Breakfast sets the tone of the day and I like to kick it off with something light, refreshing, and energizing.
If you follow me on Instagram then you already know how much I love smoothies! I swear my Vitamix Blender is constantly being used. If you don’t own one of these magical blenders check out this amazing side by side comparison of the Vitamix vs Ninja! I never realized how many amazing and delicious things I could actually make in a blender until I invested in a really good blender for my smoothie making!
If you’d like to make this smoothie a meal replacement you will need to add a complete protein and a healthy fat such as avocado, sweet potato, lentils, or quinoa.
This is a recipe that I love to make because it’s so easy to make and takes no time at all. After you have got all your ingredients, all you have to do is throw them in your Vitamix Blender and blend it until its smooth. Pour it into your cup of choice and just like that you have an simple delicious breakfast!

You can also eat your protein and fat on the side (what I prefer). I like to have a hard boiled egg or two with sea salt and a half an avocado. So yummy!

Can this be frozen if all 4 servings are not needed at one time?
Sure or you can halve or quarter the recipe. 🙂
Isn’t this sweet enough without adding the Agave?
It can be a bit tart without the agave. You could use banana or raw honey instead. 🙂
Could you add a protein powder (or collagen peptides) to make it a meal replacement instead?
Totally! 🙂
