The Importance of Keeping a Food Journal- Day 2
Today my youngest son turned 1 year old, a year ago today I was 240lbs! That’s 72 lbs. gone.
I’ve made some pretty awesome strides this year toward becoming a healthier, happier mama. Today was a celebration of many things.
Yesterday I stressed how keeping track of what I eat has played a part in my success. You can find my first post here.
This week I’m being intentional about recording it all and I’ll be placing it here to share with you daily. It will be listed chronologically, with each item (food, drink, or other) appearing in the order it was consumed.

Thank you so much for sharing your journal!! – Is there any way that we can have a weekly menu/ideas, so I can make sure to get all the ingredients ahead of time? I appreciate you sharing all of this with us!
I was wondering what kind of turkey are you eating? Deli or cooking a turkey breast?
Thanks so much for sharing this.
I eat a nitrate free deli turkey breast from Costco. 🙂
