These simple Grain Free Buns will give you something to hold onto while you enjoy all of your favorite fillings!
Conveniently made in your blender these nutty clean eating buns are very versatile. They’re great as biscuits and smeared with grass-fed butter and jam. Just don’t eat too many!
Grain Free Blender Buns
3 large Eggs
3 tbsp Ghee, Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter
1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup raw Cashews
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Almond Flour, packed
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg White
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Using a high powered like the Vitamix, layer the eggs, ghee, apple cider vinegar, cashews, coconut flour, almond flour, sea salt and baking soda. Blend on high using the tamper to push the mixture down into the blades until everything is smooth and combined.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide mixture into six equal parts. Form them into a smooth bun shape and place them on the baking sheet.
4. Brush them with egg white and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.
