Meal Plan Monday {Instant Pot}

Now there are hundreds of recipe blogs and all kinds of tempting decadent treats but sadly the vast majority are in favor of a lifestyle my family and I have opted to leave behind.

For that reason I wanted to start comping healthy recipes for the busy family in a weekly dinner meal plan utilizing the Instant Pot! These recipes are not only tried and true but they’re kid and husband approved! Whether you’re trying to lose a little weight or nourish nutritious lifestyle habits, these recipes are sure to win you over!
