Meal Plan Monday

Instant Pot Meal Plan Monday instantloss.com

Happy Meal Plan Monday! This week I have put together a dinner plan made of up recipes cooked exclusively in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker!

The Instant Pot helped make meal time more convenient in our home. As a busy mom who works from home and home schools full time I needed a tool to help me put healthy meals on the dinner table quickly. The Instant Pot is my right hand man in the kitchen.

    1. This is just an example. The plans are in PDF format. They come with a calendar full of recipes. What to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner with optional snack ideas and an explanation of what I did to lose weight. 🙂

    1. Hi Debbie, I only have two recipes that aren’t gluten free on this website. They’re my husbands bread recipes. 🙂 Everything else is 100% GF.

  1. I love your vegan and vegetarian recipes! I am a pescatarian (vegetarian plus seafood). Please make more recipes for folks like me. I especially do not see many seafood recipes here…is it easy to overcook it in Instant pot? Seafood is already pretty instant!

    Thank you!
