She has been featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, People, and Good Housekeeping. She lost 125 pounds by removing processed foods from her diet and replacing them with healthy meals she makes primarily in her Instant Pot. In her spare time, she enjoys writing music, hiking, and traveling. She lives in the rural southern California desert with her husband and three children.
