Right now it’s avocado season in Southern California and avo’s in our house mean lots of fresh guacamole and Homemade Fudgesicles! This is one of our favorite sweet treats and it’s full of healthy fat and super foods! Perfect for summer, this dairy free ice cream is sure to be a hit!
4, 2oz Fudgesicles
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (vanilla works well here too)
1 small Avocado
1/8 cup Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Blue Agave Nectar, or Organic Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
1/8 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips (optional, my husband would say this ingredient is NOT optional but the kiddos and I devour these pops without this ingredient all the time.)
