The Best Guacamole Ever!

Makes 3 cups

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 large roma tomato, diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/8 cup finley chopped cilantro leaves
  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. toss them in the juice of the lime. 

  2. In a medium bowl, toss the avocados in the lime juice. Add the sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and mash together with a potato masher. 

  3. Fold in tomato, jalapeƱo, onion, and cilantro and serve.
