The Best Guacamole Ever!
Makes 3 cups

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 large roma tomato, diced
- 1 medium jalapeno, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
Halve the avocados and remove the pits. toss them in the juice of the lime.
In a medium bowl, toss the avocados in the lime juice. Add the sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and mash together with a potato masher.
Fold in tomato, jalapeƱo, onion, and cilantro and serve.
