1/4cupraw cashews, soaked in water for 2 to 4 hours and strained
1/2cupunsweetened almond, cashew, coconut, oat, or hemp milk
1medjool datepitted
1teaspooncacao powder
1teaspooninstant coffee granules
1scoopcollagen peptides
3tablespoonshemp seeds or hearts
3/4cupice cubes
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a small blender pitcher and blend on high until smooth. If you only have a large blender pitcher double the recipe to ensure there are enough ingredients to blend.

Note: For more plant power, add a handful of baby spinach before blending!
