210gramscanned pumpkin puree' (1/2 of the can or 1 cup)
35gramsrolled oats (1/3 cup)
43gramsFlavCity pumpkin protein powder, or protein powder of choice
1largeegg
1tablespoon100% pure maple syrup
2ouncesunsweetened almond or coconut milk to moisten
3tablespoonschocolate chips
Instructions
Combine the canned pumpkin, rolled oats, protein powder, egg, maple syrup, and almond milk in a bowl.
Grease three 2 cup oven safe ramekins and divide the batter evenly between them.
Top each ramekin with 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, I use Hu brand.
Cover with foil and airfry at 320°F for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and cook uncovered for and additional 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
Notes
If you do not have an AirFryer you can bake inside the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes.
