Sweet Potato Pie Latte
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup steamed sweet potato skin removed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides optional
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1/2 teaspoon 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • nutmeg for sprinkling
  1. Add the coconut milk, sweet potato, water, collagen, hemp hearts, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and steaming.
  3. Serve in a large mug with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Recipe Notes

If your blender does not have the ability to make things hot, blend the mixture until smooth. Then warm in a sauce pan on the stove top over medium-high heat.
