Rebecca's Healthy Coffee Creamer

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  • Combine all coffee creamer ingredients and store in an air tight container on your counter or in your pantry.
  • Add 1 1/2 tablespoons to your daily cup of coffee. Use a blender to incorporate all ingredients.


Add a little bit of grass-fed butter to increase the creaminess.
