Grain Free Waffles

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Cassava Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Homemade Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Pure Grade A/B Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat waffle iron.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.

  3. Using a 1/4 measuring cup spoon mixture onto iron and cook until golden brown.

  4. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
