Grain Free "Chicken Nuggets"

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
from a can or a carton
- coconut oil for frying
Preheat a cast iron skillet to medium heat.
Mix coconut flour, arrowroot powder, sea salt, ground mustard, and pepper together in one bowl. In a separate bowl beat egg with coconut milk. When skillet is warm add a large dollop of coconut oil and begin dredging the turkey.
Form a small patty with the turkey, coat in the egg mixture, dredge in the flour mixture and then add to skillet. 6. Repeat.
It will take the nuggets approximately 3-5 mins to cook on each side.
