Combine the potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a medium size bowl. Transfer to a 6 quart Air Fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 20 minutes, tossing 1/2 way through.
While the potatoes bake, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, turmeric, cumin, ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper in the medium bowl. Add the salmon and turn them over to coat completely in the spice mixture. Let sit and marinate.
Once the potatoes have finished cooking, place the salmon on top on the potatoes, skin side up, and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
Cut the salmon filets in half and divide the potatoes between 4 plates, serve warm with a spritz of lemon.
