Combine all of the ingredients in an electric pressure cooker. Place the lid on the cooker and make sure the vent valve is in the SEALING position. Using the display panel, select the MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK function and HIGH PRESSURE. Use the +/− buttons until the display reads 18 minutes.
When the cooker beeps to let you know it’s finished, switch the pressure knob from the SEALING to the VENTING position, causing a quick pressure release. Use caution while the steam escapes—it’s hot.
Serve warm alongside your roasted broccoli.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, ground black pepper, and sea salt.
Add the broccoli to the basket of a 6-quart air fryer and bake at 400° for 6 minutes. Shake the basket to toss the broccoli. Serve warm.
