Makes 20 to 24 bundles
Cut each strip of bacon lengthwise into thirds. Carefully wraps 8 to 10 green beans in a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat until all of the bacon strips have been used.
In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup. butter, garlic powder, sea salt, and coconut aminos with a spoon. Pour evenly over each green bean bundle.
Place the pan in a cold oven. Set oven to 375F for 40 minutes. To brown the tops of the bacon just a touch more, set the oven to broil on low for 2 minutes, checking frequently. Serve warm.
