Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cup Almond Flour tightly packed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 c Pumpkin + 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1/3 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips optional, leave these out if you want more pumpkin flavor, my husband prefers them without
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Add all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a bow. Mix well. It's fairly easy to stir, just use a spoon.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips.

  4. Use a cookie scoop to form dough and transfer to a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
