Dairy Free Fudgesicles

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1/8 cup 100% pure maple syrup, agave nectar, or raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
  • 1/8 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional, my husband would say this ingredient is NOT optional but the kiddos and I devour these pops without this ingredient all the time.
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until combined. Spoon mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight or until solid, about 4 hours. Enjoy!

Note: Jennifer Jones from our Facebook Community was kind enough to calculate the Weight Watchers Smart Points for this recipe. This varies 1-2 points based on the size of your avocado. 18 points total. Divide by your number of servings. (I used honey and no chocolate chips.)
