Homemade Tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  • Add sesame seeds and toast until they have a light golden color. 
  • Transfer to a food processor and process with the oil.
  • Add a little more oil if mixture is too thick.
