Homemade Tahini

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat.

  2. Add sesame seeds and toast until they have a light golden color. 

  3. Transfer to a food processor and process with the oil.

  4. Add a little more oil if mixture is too thick.
