Grain Free Blender Buns
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Ghee Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup raw Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour packed
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg White
  • Sesame Seeds
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Using a high powered blender layer the eggs, ghee, apple cider vinegar, cashews, coconut flour, almond flour, sea salt and baking soda. Blend on high until everything is smooth and combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide mixture into six equal parts. Form them into a smooth bun shape and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush them with egg white and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds
  5. Bake for 26-28 minutes.
