Grain Free Blender Buns

Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Ghee Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup raw Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour packed
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg White
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Using a high powered blender layer the eggs, ghee, apple cider vinegar, cashews, coconut flour, almond flour, sea salt and baking soda. Blend on high until everything is smooth and combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide mixture into six equal parts. Form them into a smooth bun shape and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Brush them with egg white and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds
  • Bake for 26-28 minutes.
