Homemade Salsa
Makes 2 (32-ounce) jars

- 6 roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 jalapeƱos
- 1 1/2 medium onions, diced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until it reaches the desired consistency. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator and consume within 1 week.
