Instant Pot Grain Free Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1.3 pounds grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans organic tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker using the SAUTE function on the display panel.
  • When the display reads HOT add ground beef. Stir and crumble it until it's about 3/4th done. Season with a little salt and pepper, to taste and add 1 tablespoon dried minced onion.
  • When the meat is done drain grease, if there is any, and add the rest of the ingredients. If the boil becomes a little too violent press CANCEL, select the SAUTE function again and press ADJUST until the bar reads LESS.
  • Let simmer for 10 minutes or so.
  • Serve sauce over my homemade grain free pasta with a slice of crusty french bread!
