Instant Pot Grain Free Spaghetti Sauce

- 1.3 pounds grass-fed ground beef
- 2 (15 ounce) cans organic tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker using the SAUTE function on the display panel. When the display reads HOT add ground beef. Stir and crumble it until it's about 3/4th done. Season with a little salt and pepper, to taste and add 1 tablespoon dried minced onion.
When the meat is done drain grease, if there is any, and add the rest of the ingredients. If the boil becomes a little too violent press CANCEL, select the SAUTE function again and press ADJUST until the bar reads LESS.
Let simmer for 10 minutes or so.
