Grain Free Blender Buns
Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter
Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat oven to 325F.
Using a high powered blender layer the eggs, ghee, apple cider vinegar, cashews, coconut flour, almond flour, sea salt and baking soda. Blend on high until everything is smooth and combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide mixture into six equal parts. Form them into a smooth bun shape and place them on the baking sheet.
Brush them with egg white and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds
Bake for 26-28 minutes.
