1/2small avocadoif you like a thinner consistency leave this out
1/2large mandarin orange, peeled
1/2fresh lime juice
1tablespoonchia seeds
1/2large frozen banana
2tablespoonscollagen peptides
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high powdered blender, like the Vitamix. Blend on high until smooth.
Notes
Note: This smoothie is very thick. A little yogurt-like consistency-wise. If you prefer a thinner smoothie omit the avocado. The avocado is only in there to get a healthy dose of fat in my kiddos.
