Add 3 tbsp of oil and preheat your cast iron pan to medium/medium-high heat.
While the pan is pre-heating add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and gently combine.
Form patties with hands and add to to the preheated pan.
Let brown on the bottom and flip when the sides begin to cook, about 5 minutes.
You can place a lid over your cast iron while the second side cooks. Turkey can be a bit dry and I find using a lid really helps the burgers retain moisture. If you don't have a lid, no worries. They'll be great either way!
Serve with sweet potato fries and all of your favorite burger fixins!
