Quick and Easy Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions or Chives
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion dried
  • Pepper
  1. Add 3 tbsp of oil and preheat your cast iron pan to medium/medium-high heat.

  2. While the pan is pre-heating add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and gently combine.

  3. Form patties with hands and add to to the preheated pan.

  4. Let brown on the bottom and flip when the sides begin to cook, about 5 minutes.

  5. You can place a lid over your cast iron while the second side cooks. Turkey can be a bit dry and I find using a lid really helps the burgers retain moisture. If you don't have a lid, no worries. They'll be great either way!

  6. Serve with sweet potato fries and all of your favorite burger fixins!
