Antioxidant Ginger Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • A 1-in piece of ginger peeled
  • 1.5 cups Frozen Berry Blend
  • 1/2 Mandarin Orange
  • 1-2 cups Spinach Sometimes I throw a little Kale in too
Instructions
  1. place all ingredients in a high powered blender.

  2. Blend on high until pureed.
