Instant Loss Green Juice

  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4-1/2 Green Apple depending on the apple size
  • 1 small handful of Kale
  • 1 large handful of Spinach
  • 1/8 cup Cucumber
  • 1 small handful of Frozen Berries
  • 8 oz water
  1. Throw all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend.

  2. Drink immediately so you can get as many of those micro nutrients as possible!

Recipe Notes

The modifications to this juice are endless. Sometimes I throw flax, chia, or hemp in there. Sometimes I add pineapple. This is a base recipe so have fun with it and try new things!
