Instant Loss Green Juice

  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 large handful baby spinach
  • 1 small handful kale
  • 1 small handful frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber
  1. In the ordered listed above, add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth. About 60 seconds. Drink immediately to prevent separation. 

Recipe Notes

The modifications to this juice are endless. Sometimes I throw flax, chia, or hemp hearts. You can also mix it up by adding seasonal fruit. This is a base recipe so have fun with it and try new things!
