Savory Tomato Vinaigrette

This tangy Savory Tomato Vinaigrette is light and perfect for summer salads. Made with heirloom tomatoes it’s full of vital nutrients and has a bold flavor that pairs well with simple salads.

I am sure you know I love salads!  I try my hardest to get one salad in every day (some days are easier than others).  I tried so many salad dressings and have honestly never really found any that I love.  I decided to start experimenting with making my own and I have never looked back.

I had never heard of a tomato vinaigrette until my husband took me to this delicious cafe for lunch when we first started dating.  I still to this day remember how delicious that salad was!  I knew I had to figure out how to make that dressing!  Has anyone else ever been stuck on a meal you had at a restaurant and won’t stop until you find the copycat?

This is a great recipe to take to a summer BBQ or a get together with friends. I love that you can put this on salads, chicken and anything else that you would love a zesty kick to.

Its very simple to make and most of the ingredient’s are already items that you already use. That is the best not having to go out and get extra ingredient’s for the recipe.

  1. Would Olive oil work as well as the avocado oil? I am out of the avocado oil and I really wanted to make this dressing.

Out of this world. This dressing will definitely stick in my head!! I used cherry tomatoes and served it with romaine, celery, cucumber, scallion and chicken breast!
