  1. I am cooking for just myself. How many does this list /menu feed per meal? Should I try to halve it when possible?

    1. There are several lunch and breakfast recipes that are single serve but some of the dinners and lunches I would suggest cutting in half or even quartering. 🙂

      1. Brittany – is the shopping list for one person? We are a couple and I am trying to figure out a weekly cost on a very tight budget. Before I pay for the meal plan I sort if need to know if we can even afford it. I have to cover all meals/snacks for the week with about 100-120 dollars.

  2. I am so happy to see that I already regularly purchase some of these items. I had a lot of trouble trying to buy the meal plans via PayPal, but I used an alternate form of payment and now I am enjoying look thorough Week 1 and Week 2. I look forward to checking out your videos too! If you ever decide to host one on Saturday or Sunday I’lol try to follow along live!

  3. Hi my name is Vangie. First time using instant. My daughter had my son buy it for me. Tried it out yesterday for the first time. Loves your shopping list but hoe do I find the daily menu plan

  4. I love all your recipes, I have all the muffins and smoothies and soups, l love watching your videos you r would be great on the food network 🙂 .

  5. I just purchased your meal plans after following tour blog and Facebook page. I can’t wait to get started! I have a few questions. Can we switch them up between days? If we make a dinner and have leftovers can they just be used for lunch the next day? Do any if the meals freeze well? I don’t have time to prepare all three meals every day so being able to freeze and use leftovers would be great

    1. Hi Rachele, You can put them in any order that works best for your family. The lunch recipes are meant to be swapped with leftovers from previous days if you have them, so yes. 🙂 The vast majority of the meals freeze very well.

      1. Thanks for your response! I have one more question. I want to try the Plan to Eat site tpibhabe mentioned foe storing recipes and creating shipping lists. Is there a way to add the recipes from your meal plans automatically, or do we need to type them in manually? I want to tweak the meal plans as there are some items I don’t eat, so I won’t be making all of the meals each week. I’d like to be able to make a shipping list just for the meals I’ll be making

        1. That’s a great idea, some of the recipes are already on the site here so you can transfer those right over. Others are exclusive to the plans so you’d have to enter them manually.

  6. Hello, I am so excited and nervous to start something else. I have read lots of your stuff and love it and you. I have bunches of questions but the one I wanted to know about the list is can I sub Avocado oil for Olive oil? Thanks for everything!

  7. Hi Brittany,

    Love your Journey!

Was wondering as I am a diabetic if your recipes are good for me.
Have you looked at the carbohydrates and sugar count ?

    Thanks!

  8. I have jumped in and purchased the 4-week bundle and am looking forward to this lifestyle change! I also recently purchased an Instant Pot and am hoping this will make things much easier and quicker. My goal is to lose approximately 65 lbs and develop healthy eating habits. I have a few other goals for 2018 that will require physical activities, so this will be a tremendous asset to helping me achieve these goals. Thank you!

  9. Hi Brittany,

Just bought your cookbook and I can’t wait to start! I see the week 1 shopping list. Fo you have lists fo weeks 2-4 to cover the 1-month meal plan in your book?

May God bless you as your life blesses innumerable others!
