The Top Ten Gift Ideas For the Mom Who Loves To Cook!

The top ten gift ideas for the mom who loves to cook! instantloss.com
This Mothers Day give your favorite cook one of the beautiful gifts she’s been drooling over but is too frugal to ask for! Or gift  her with one of the more budget friendly items listed below. Trust me, if your mama loves her kitchen, she’ll love any one of these gifts!

1. KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer
Every home cook needs a KitchenAid to complete her kitchen. It makes whipping up cookies, treats, and pastries a breeze and saves delicate wrists and hands from being too over worked.
The Artisan mixer has a stronger motor than the classic KitchenAid so she can master bread making as well. If your well rounded mama already has a KitchenAid don’t forget all of the amazing attachments! The pasta maker  and the meat grinder are two of my favorites.

2. INSTANT POT
If you haven’t gotten your mama an Instant Pot yet shame on you! Just kidding, but where have you been? The Instant Pot is one of the hottest new kitchen gadgets and it has taken mom world by storm. Easy one pot dinners in under a half hour, you’ll never need to phone the pizza man again! This little gadget has single handedly eliminated our need for take out and processed dinners. I’ve lost 55lbs since January 3, 2017 just by cooking dinners at home in my Instant Pot. This item is a must have for any mama in the kitchen. This steamer basket and this cookbook make awesome additions to any Instant Pot kitchen.

3. VITAMIX
A high powered blender is good for more than just smoothies. Give your favorite cook the ability to grind her own grain, make her own nut butters, almond milk, and soft serve ice cream. The Vitamix is a versatile tool and an irreplaceable part of my home kitchen

.

4. Hamilton Beach Food Processor
For YEARS I avoided getting a food processor and I robbed myself of the joy of so many many things. Because although the Vitamix can do A LOT of things it can not grate cheese or zucchini, dice vegetables or make the perfect consistency restaurant style salsa. Ya’ll, your mama NEEDS this.

5. APRON
This option is budget friendly and is always a welcome addition to any cooks wardrobe. Being a mom with lots of little ones running about I love to throw on an apron in the mornings so their sticky fingers meet a barrier before they get to my clothes. There are literally thousands of options to choose from, which means there’s one for everyone!

6. BREAD BOARD
Every cook loves a beautiful piece of wood adorning her counter top. Whether it be a cutting board to chop her favorite veggies on or a bread board where she can slice her fresh baked bread. There’s something about a unique piece of wood grain that elevates the visual aspect of cooking.

7. BAKING STEEL
Baking stones can crack and they don’t cook as evenly as a baking steel. This high end gift is sure to make your favorite pizza maker squeal. Restaurant quality pizza is what’s on the menu with this baking steel. If you’re grain free check out my grain free pizza recipe.

8. Le Creuset Stoneware
No cook, or woman for that matter, ever says no to Le Creuset or beautiful dishes. I feel an incredible sense of accomplishment when I serve a delicious meal on a beautiful plate or in a beautiful dish. Le Creuset has the corner on the market when it comes to beautiful dishes.

9. TEA TOWELS
Tea towels are simple, budget friendly, cute, stylish, and very handy. They are one of my favorite gifts to give and receive. I usually pair these with a gift card or some cute little kitchen accessories like a julienne peeler for making vegetable noodles or my favorite citrus juicer.

10. A COOKBOOK
One of my favorite things to receive is a new cookbook, especially one with beautiful imagery. Just looking at the photos and reading the titles of the recipes inspires me to try new things, step out of my comfort zone, and become a better home cook.
