Replace takeout with this yummy Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry!
Makes 6 Servings

3 Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
1/4 cup Raw Honey
1 1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Onion, diced
3 Bell Peppers, diced
3 cups Asparagus, cut into bite sized
2 Green Onion, sliced thinly
Prep all your ingredients.
Preheat Instant Pot using the Sauté function. Sprinkle cubed chicken with salt and pepper. Once the pot reads HOT coat bottom in oil and add chicken. Sauté chicken until it’s almost done, then add all other ingredients, stir to combine.
Put the lid on the pot and program to STEAM for 2 mins.
