This recipe is so simple, it’s only two ingredients! This is a must have ingredient in your favorite homemade hummus’ and is a wonderful addition to my Homemade Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus.
1 cup Sesame Seeds
3 tablespoons, plus a little more Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seeds and toast until they have a light golden color. Transfer to a food processor and process with the oil. Add a little more if mixture is too thick.
